Due to the high demand for competition tans, a deposit is required to secure your booking. If a cancellation occurs, deposits can be transferred to another competition date within the same competition season. Please make sure you have paid your deposit BEFORE you attend your tanning session. Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment of your balance owing is required up front on the day of your booking, ie before tanning begins. Please bring your balance owing to your booking. Cash or bank transfer are accepted.
We are happy to offer refunds if you have made full payment for your competition tan. To receive a refund, 48 hours notice prior to your booking date is required. Deposits are non-refundable.
Due to the extra costs in travel and accommodation for competitions held internationally, all payments for international bookings are to be paid in full upon making your booking and are strictly non-refundable.
